Rack Coating began in 1963 with one machine in a garage.  The shop made a number of moves before settling in its current location.  The company slowly grew , passing the one million dollar mark in sales in 1999.

As we say, we are powder coating specialists and continue to do plastisol work, fluidized vinyl coating, high temperature coating, and media blasting for our long time customers. Our present facility has four production lines with separate ovens capable of doing 20,000 units each in a day, a plastisol and vinyl area and two media blasting rooms. RCS will coat parts as small as a CD and as large as eleven feet by fifty feet. Some parts weigh as little as a couple of ounces and some weigh in excess of one ton.
